We were assigned to Max through my new employer's partnered relocation company, and we could not have been randomly paired with a better realtor. With us not being familiar with the area to begin with, Max was able to quickly and effectively work out our desired qualities in a home and the area it would be in, and began suggesting properties to look at. We went under contract on an initial property, but unfortunately the inspection came back with some major issues we did not want to proceed with, and Max helped us every step of the way with clear communication. Once we found the perfect property, he professionally handled every step up through closing without hiccups. Max, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and especially the gift you gave us at closing. We cannot wait to visit the park! We wish you the best in your successes because you really earned this one! I will be recommending you to everyone I can. -Dylan

We highly recommend Debi Smith with Atlanta Communities, Brookhaven. From our first meeting to our closing date Debi worked hard to help us find just the right property to fit our needs. Through every step of the process she was able answer every question and help us negotiate the best price. If you’re looking for a passionate realtor with decades of experience, choose Debi Smith!

Sky was very much aware of the housing market in my area. she was also very familiar with my house so she could talk about its features with confidence. Sky had sold my late brother's property for me several years earlier and obtained several good offers on the property for me to choose from. all I had to do was pick the best one for me. I would recommend Sky to anyone looking to buy or sell property. They won't be disappointed.
