Rachel Sirlin is by far, the most competent and responsive Real Estate agent I've worked with when buying or selling my home! From day one, Rachel gave me honest and upfront feedback on what improvements and staging should be done to my home to maximum the sales price. Within days of signing with Rachel, she had her photographer take amazing photos of my home and posted the listing. Within 8 days, I had multiple offers/bidding war, and accepted an offer above the asking the price. Rachel was very flexible and accommodating with home showings, especially since I work from home...and I was always given ample time to prepare. Rachel fought for every dollar during the negotiations and made selling my home a breeze, including the closing process! I look forward to hiring (and working with) Rachel for my next real estate transaction - she truly is amazing!

Iliana did an amazing job listening to our needs and connecting the right homes for us to view. We were limited on time and Iliana's urgency, attention to detail, availability and local knowledge helped us find a fantastic home that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Iliana to anyone in need of a spectacular real estate professional.
