Katy helped us to sell our home and buy a new one in late 2018. She was so attentive and really listened to what we were looking for. While we were on vacation in Alaska, she found a home that was not even listed yet and sent us pictures before it hit the market. It was perfect! We wrote an offer sight unseen, but our home was not even listed yet! Lo and behold, while we were getting the house ready to sell, Katy bought a buyer that bought our home for more than we expected, before we had done a fraction of the work that we were planning on doing. At about the same time I was selling a rental house that I owned in Brookhaven. She listed it and sold it in about two weeks. Easiest three transactions ever!
