I found Cydney L'Hoste to be an excellent Relator. Mrs. L'hoste had professional photos made of my home and got it on the market quickly. There were some complicated issues involving the septic tank with my home and Mrs. L'Hoste did all the footwork involved in going to the county to get plans for additional lines approved and even finding the contractor to do the addition. She also worked with the county to get my attic addition which was not permitted, approved for the buyers. She went above and beyond her duties in order to keep the sale viable. She was always available and returned calls promptly. She was very knowledgeable about the area and worked well with all involved in the process of selling my home. I would highly recommend her and will use her for all my real estate needs in the future.

Working with Deidra Willingham (Village Premiere Realty) was a very rewarding experience!! Deidra's market knowledge, her communication, and her professionalism went above what I expected. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'! The way Deidra built and kept a cordial, yet professional relationship with the Broker, the Seller, the Title company, and all other parties concerned was truly 'AMAZING'!!
