Working with Sasha was an excellent experience. I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me. Just a little note thrown in here I worked with probably for other realtors before Sasha They did not have the drive that Sasha had to help me find my final house. Also this is my first time ever purchasing property and a house. So finally I landed on 5 acres in Belwood North Carolina at a good price for me🤔😬 So anybody that reads this I highly recommend working with Sasha Elliott . You'll be very pleased working with her... As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous going into the process, but my agent Mayra Piedra made the entire experience so much easier. She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer my questions, and took the time to explain every step in a way I could understand. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or anxious, she stayed calm and reassuring, which really helped me feel more confident throughout the journey. I never felt rushed or pressured just genuinely supported. Alicia and Brandon were great! They were able to help me get exactly what I was looking for and negotiate some extras in the final contract. They were always quick to communicate and very were flexible around my schedule. Couldn’t have imagined a better first time home buying experience!

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
