She worked tirelessly in our favor with being honest, upfront and quick to communicate finding something that met our specific needs and criteria. I seriously don't think she sleeps as she was always quick to respond to a text or email from me stressing out about the process. Tracy is an invaluable support system and I am so thankful she was on our team. She went above and beyond talking me off the ledge constantly. Anytime we wanted to see a house she made it happen and given how fast houses were selling this was critical. She also navigated convincing our sellers to allow us to move in quickly and handled that with grace and patience.
