About mid way through our journey April got severely ill, but continued to keep in contact with us and made sure we had a good agent to help us view houses in her absence. When we finally found our home (and she had recovered sufficiently) she orchestrated a quick and easy closing, working with us, divvy, and the seller to help us get a great deal on a house we love.
