Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, worked until late in the night getting our offer ready to be submitted. Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
