Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one. When we finally found our dream home, everything moved faster than expected and the closing process was smooth from start to finish. On top of that, I trusted Keith to list the home I was moving out of. I originally thought his recommended price was too high, but I went with his advice—and I’m so glad I did. He got it under contract in less than a week. That alone speaks volumes about his knowledge and expertise. What stood out the most was his honesty and zero-pressure approach. I’m extremely picky, and Keith never once pushed me into anything. He was always upfront, real, and had our best interest in mind the entire time. His work ethic, dedication, and commitment to his clients are unmatched. I truly appreciate everything he did for us and will absolutely be using him again in the future.
