I feel without a doubt that choosing Chrissy as our realtor to help sell our home was the best decision we could have made. Chrissy nailed it with her suggested listing price, offering suggestions to prepare our home to list, guiding us through accepting an offer, and what to expect when accepting a contingent offer. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going to happen next or what we needed to be prepared for. If we did have any doubts or misunderstandings Chrissy was right there to answer questions and provide relevant facts to teach us. Chrissy answered every call or text promptly and was always so friendly and kind. Throughout the process there were some hiccups and things that didn’t go exactly as we’d expected but Chrissy was able to resolve every issue and put our minds at ease. She earned our trust and will be our realtor for life, I can’t even imagine using anybody else. My family cannot recommend her enough and will shout her name anytime somebody asks for a realtor recommendation.
