Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! This was all presented in very professionally prepared documents that assured us we were asking the right price for a timely sell. I found Cydney L'Hoste to be an excellent Relator. Mrs. L'hoste had professional photos made of my home and got it on the market quickly. There were some complicated issues involving the septic tank with my home and Mrs. L'Hoste did all the footwork involved in going to the county to get plans for additional lines approved and even finding the contractor to do the addition. She also worked with the county to get my attic addition which was not permitted, approved for the buyers. She went above and beyond her duties in order to keep the sale viable. She was always available and returned calls promptly. She was very knowledgeable about the area and worked well with all involved in the process of selling my home. I would highly recommend her and will use her for all my real estate needs in the future.
