Megan has been the best agent we could have asked for, especially with being first time home buyers. We didn’t know what we were looking for at first and she had a huge amount of patience while we discovered what we liked and didn’t like in a house. She had great availability for us whether it was after work or on the weekend. I don’t think we would have been able to see as many houses without that availability, we both far away from the town we were looking at. We found a neighborhood we loved and she sent like a million emails to persons who lived there to see if anyone was interested in selling, I definitely knew she was there for us because of this. She was willing to go above and beyond when it came to showings checking out any minor detail that was sketchy and letting us know what was up. She never pushed past our objections and asked us to settle for anything less than we hoped for. I’m really grateful for that because I felt free to actually voice my concerns about houses we saw. When it comes to offers she was knowledgeable, fair, and kind. Helping us set realistic numbers and stay on our budget. She was a wonderful person to have on our side when an offer didn’t take or a house sold before we could even see it. I often get buyers remorse, but because she was kind and didn’t push and led us to listings she knew would fit us we actually found that dream home. We have a house in the neighborhood we loved, for the right price, and a 10/10 for us. I truly believe we would not have found it without Megan’s support and guidance.
