Susan communicated very quickly. She viewed the property the same day we called and showed property the same day. She explained everything to us clearly. It sold in 2 days. She was very friendly and helpful. So glad she helped us and would definitely recommend her.

Susan was a onderful agent. I felt very comfortable going through this process with her. She is both professional and easy to talk to. She guided me through all the steps of getting the house ready to sell, marketing, and closing and I sold my house for above asking price! I would not have wanted to do this with anyone else.

Susan is the best. She did a terrific job of marketing our property. We had three offers within three days. She made suggestions that were helpful to us in preparing the property for sale. She was knowledgeable about the value and the current sales market. She was courteous to all parties involved throughout the entire negotiations process. She communicated well. Susan is professional, proactive, helpful, dependable and a great problem solver She is not only good at selling one’s property, but also at finding property when you are interested in buying. Susan simply goes the extra mile. We are grateful to have her as our realtor!
