This was my second time using Tammy for the Real Estate process. She was always responsive to my questions and made the selling experience so easy. She helped me every step of the way from listing, staging and negotiations to the closing table. Tammy is knowledgeable about the local market and experienced in the business.

From the time we signed our agency agreement to the closing Andrea was present and provided first class service. This home was my parents home and had 55 years of memories there. She helped us arrange pack out of valuables. Helped with valuable references for junk removals and cleaning services. She facilitated viewings and gave us spot on incites on pricing the home. She also helped with the due diligence process of the home which led to a fast closing. Once the house was prepared to list she listed the home and with her accurate pricing we sold the home at asking! We are impressed! Thanks Andrea!
