During our initial meeting, she previewed the home and provided a detailed list of repairs and updates to complete in order to get our home in the best selling condition possible. She checked in regularly for updates and when we were ready to put it on the market, it took only a few days to get it listed. Then the rest of the process was simple, we received an offer within a day and closed within a month. Sandra was really supportive throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job!
