I would like to recommend Ayelet Gilad as the real estate agent who sold the property I owned in Atlanta. As someone who lives outside the United States, Ayelet was of great help to me in coordinating all the legal processes (and there were quite a few of them) in coordinating and supervising the contractors who renovated the property in preparation for sale. In providing detailed explanations and even actually carrying out actions to close accounts and payments with the city and the district. Ayelet was there for me to explain, translate, coordinate and activate everyone needed to achieve a successful sale and in a good atmosphere. We were selling from out of town and no longer lived in the same city as our property. Spencer was our local contact and made it very convenient to sell from another state. Spencer was up to date on all the aspects of the condo building and was able to share his knowledge with buyers. He helped us make the condo more attractive to buyers and facilitated the installation of new flooring so that we did not have to return to Atlanta. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and he went out of his way to communicate with us so that we were aware of any concerns from any potential buyers.
