She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. I was relocating out of state and although I was confident about the type of home I was looking to purchase, I knew very little about the new area of relocation.
