Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.

We really can’t say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined.
