We had to sell our house before being able to purchase. Susan came into our lives by being a longtime friend of a family member. Susan stuck by her gut and experience, through a series of dropped contracts, on both the selling side and the purchasing side. She was the trouper that kept us in the game, she was respectfully honest when she needed to be, even if it was not what we wanted to hear. Realistic expectations were set and met. We ended up selling our house for MORE than the original list price, and moved into our DREAM home!

From the first meeting both my husband and I found Susan to be honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Susan would keep us informed at all times, she would return calls and emails in a very timely manner.
