Regarding the actual search, she had a great eye for homes that fit what I was looking for, and when it came time to tour she was invaluable when it came to identifying potential red flags that may not be apparent to a less experienced eye. And for the process as whole, she was incredibly smart and diligent and really took care of most of the steps for me.
