Working with William was a breath of fresh air. From the start, he was honest with the homebuying process and even the laws. I was first looking for a fixer upper. I had an approved renovation loan and man was the process laborious. From touring the properties, the HUD Consultant Reviews, to the inspections, to the strategy with the lender, securing an accepted offer...William was quite knowledgeable, honest, and patient.
