Although we didn’t use Homeward’s loan option and instead found a local loan expert who offered superior rates, the Homeward program itself was a game-changer. In summary, Audrey is a gentle beast of a realtor—competent, compassionate, and incredibly effective.

Excellent Service & Responsiveness I owned a rental property in a neighborhood that was starting to decline. I asked my property manager at the time, if he could facilitate the sale. After a week, he came back with a sale price that was well under the values I had found in my research. I started researching other agents in the area and found Joe Stockdale. Joe was able to list the house, recommend modest repairs, and find a buyer within about a week. As with most property sales, there were rocky points, but Joe was on top of them. I know I wasn’t his only client, but he responded to my concerns quickly and concisely. And even more impressive because I am in a time zone with a 3-hour difference.
