Audrey was the first person to respond to my request for a broker to help sell my parents property, after their passing. The quick speed in which she responded was the speed in which she worked to secure the sale. Audrey had an offer in hand within days of its being posted. She actually sold the home to the first person she showed it to. And, she had others lined up just in case... I loved her work ethic. Audrey never let anything rest in this, very difficult, process of having everything fall exactly into place in preparation for the closing. And the closing went off without a hitch! From start to finish, just a matter of a few weeks. And all because of Audrey's attention to detail and relentless work to keep things moving... Bottom line, Audrey is the best.... Simply, The BEST!

Sandra is Amazing!

Sandra was amazing to work with to get our home sold quickly. During our initial meeting, she previewed the home and provided a detailed list of repairs and updates to complete in order to get our home in the best selling condition possible. She checked in regularly for updates and when we were ready to put it on the market, it took only a few days to get it listed. Then the rest of the process was simple, we received an offer within a day and closed within a month. Sandra was really supportive throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job!
