We had been on the hunt for a lake/river house for a couple years. We were looking in a couple states for the house that jumped out at us. Because of this, we have dealt with several Realtors. Some were ok and some were awful. We live in Florida so we cant just stop what we are doing and go down to look at a house so we have to rely on the Realtor. When we found Rick Baxter, we hit GOLD! He was so attentive and made sure that OUR needs were met. We couldn't see a couple things in the pictures that were important to us. Rick says I will go over there and we can do a video call. He always thought of the good questions, and guided us through the Purchase. Many Realtors shy away from going in at a lower price (you have to get the party started somewhere), I thought I was going to have to be pushy about this but Rick never flinched (Also, we weren't going crazy low with the offer). Sometimes you get a Realtor who just doesn't seem like they are totally there for the buyer or doesn't want to go that extra mile to help the buyer especially from another state. This home purchase was made possible because Rick took it on from the first moment we talked and was simply awesome. Rick has relationships with the people that makes the process a breeze. I can not recommend him enough. This is not a hyped up review, I would now consider Rick a friend (our first Georgia friend) and someone to have over for dinner, go fishing or anything. He is a great, quality, honest person.
