Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

I cannot begin to explain how great of a realtor Becky is! We are a military family, are currently stationed 12 hours away, and had never purchased a home before. Becky was so patient in explaining the whole process of purchasing a house! Because we were not close, she was our critical eye when viewing houses and would take videos with detailed explanation of everything. She was so very kind and thorough with it all. She made us feel so comfortable and went so far above and beyond! She became like family to us. We found our dream forever home and it would not have been possible without her! Carol Gardner is hands down the BEST relator. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to list. Always available to answer any questions we had, and did not make us for dumb asking certain questions. She kept us updated thru the whole process.
