I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Wendy is hands down the best! I really don’t think I could have got through the buying process without her. She was so helpful and always responsive. Wendy could always talk me through everything and answered whatever question I had! She is truly the best. Thank you so much Wendy for helping my family get the home we love so much!

We had a wonderful experience working with Rozanne. She helped us sell our home and find the home we were hoping to find. She was always available with any questions we had and help guide us along the way of selling and buying. It had been close to 25 years since our last purchase and a lot has changed. Also during this time the Covid 19 virus made things a little more difficult but we always felt safe during showings she was always prepared. Rozanne has kept in touch to be sure everything is going well and if we have any questions. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and she would be the first person we call if we were searching for a home again.
