From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, worked until late in the night getting our offer ready to be submitted. Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. We had to do a quick relocation and were assigned this realtor through Zillow. The realtor was quick to answer any questions and responsive to our needs. I can confidently recommend their services.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
