Carol was more than an outstanding real estate agent—she was patient, persistent, caring, and completely committed to us every step of the way, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Marsha sold our house in record time. First she did extensive market research to determine the correct price point for the house based on nearby sales on the market properties. This was all presented in very professionally prepared documents that assured us we were asking the right price for a timely sell. She also negotiated with buying agents in a fair but decisive manner which protected our interests. Overall. I couldn’t have asked for an easier selling experience than the one she provided.

I was the buyer, and she was the seller’s agent. Even though she wasn’t representing me, she went above and beyond to help me. She provided valuable information about getting a loan, took the time to explain the entire process, and was incredibly helpful throughout. After closing, she even gave me a gift to congratulate me on my first home. The process was fast and easy, and although I didn’t have a real estate agent of my own, she earned my trust and respect through her professionalism and kindness. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
