From advertising the house to all the text, phone calls, emails, and answering questions that we didn't understand. She kept us in communication for every aspect of things. If we had a question, she was always available to answer. When the time came for closing, she emailed all the paperwork to us to review before the final signing. And making sure it all went smoothly. Her knowledge of the market in real estate and the whole process of selling, even when a hick up occurred due to the buyer, she knew what to do to make it easy on us.
