Joanna was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and really looked out for us every step of the way. She made sure to cover all of her bases and was very quick in her response times. At many points throughout the process I had specific questions about earnest money, timelines, etc. She not only answered them, but followed up with all parties to clarify all information. She made sure to always send us paperwork to review before sending to request a signature. We always knew exactly what we would be signing and had the opportunity to ask questions before signing. We used her with both the sale and purchase of our homes and we couldn’t have been more pleased! She went above and beyond contacting every party involved and inspected all paperwork so thoroughly.
