When it came time to sell a home I’d lived in for nearly 30 years, Thomas was extremely helpful! Although my home was structurally very sound, it was in need of freshening up for sale. Thomas was able to make several suggestions (some I followed, a couple I didn’t). He had access to resources through his company which I was clueless about:, such as a professional post- move cleaner, where and how to dispose of Stuff In The Basement! After the move, he was able to recommend a plumber for a minor faucet repair prior which turned up during the new buyer’s home inspection.
