My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia from Florida. Kim was our agent. Kim went above and beyond in every aspect. Kim was able to accommodate us when we were traveling to Georgia to look at houses with our very limited availability. Kim made sure we saw plenty of houses and areas to ensure we were getting what we wanted. I spent a ton of time communicating what we wanted and needed to find in a house in Georgia and there wasn't a single thing that she didn't take note of and remember when on the house hunt. Kim exceeded our expectations and we would undoubtedly work with her in any transaction again. We cannot thank her enough for making a transition that is already overwhelming, as seamless as possible. I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for an agent rather it be for a local transaction or relocation transaction. Thank you again Kim, we couldn't appreciate you more than we already do.

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job! We highly recommend Kyle and the entire Fathom team! Thanks!

This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered. Temeka kept me abreast of everything and carefully walked me through the process. I honestly don't know how I would have survived without her, she is a God send and I would recommend her highly.
