Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it. My wife and I highly recommend using Monica as your realtor. We had a lot of lead time before we listed our house. Prior to listing, Monica visited with us twice over a year and a half to understand our goals and timeline. She was very helpful providing advice on renovations and decorating that would be worth doing and on which items we should leave ‘as is’. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none.
