Monica made herself available in a considerable time whenever I wanted to see a property. She had answers to my questions. She even sent m e properties that she thought I would be interested in buying. Once I chose a place, Monica stayed involved to make sure that documents were signed and that the mortgage company did the things they needed to do. She made this experience so much easier.

The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
