She created a comprehensive punch list helping us prioritize goals and provided constant, almost daily updates and addressed our questions promptly. We utilized a great program called Homeward, which allowed us to buy our new home with cash before selling our old one. Although we didn’t use Homeward’s loan option and instead found a local loan expert who offered superior rates, the Homeward program itself was a game-changer. In summary, Audrey is a gentle beast of a realtor—competent, compassionate, and incredibly effective.

As a first time home buyer we had many questions but with out a doubt Suley and her team we extremely helpful on guiding us through the whole process. We were really nervous on making sure we made the right choice. Suley was very patient and understanding with us the whole time! The communication with her and her team was excellent. We are very happy with our purchase. And we highly recommend her to friend and family.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
