It was my good fortune to find Tracy as she does more than just put a sign in the yard and disappear. She knows the market. This was an Estate sale, and the house needed a good bit of maintenance. Tracy has a team of tradesmen to get the repairs done and at a good price. I live out of town, and it would have been tough without her. She is easy to work with and is a well-seasoned agent. She handled the whole process very well and with good communications. Even though the market was experiencing a down-turn, she got a sale contract in just a few weeks. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
