Our favorite things about working with Lee Ann: - She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and how to position a house to make it sell fast for top dollar. - She is insanely responsive, and was available at all hours of the day to answer our questions. - She make selling convenient. She handled all of the logistics of listing, staging, showing, and negotiating our home. We hardly had to do anything! - She goes the extra mile. There were many times when we had to get something done to the house (cleaning, remodel, etc) and Lee Ann helped us coordinate those services. How many real estate agents do that?!
