I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

Hank was a true find to help us purchase a home in a 55+ community in Hoschton, GA. He has extensive knowledge of the area and of the 55+ communities. He is very personable and goes out of the way to assist and follow-up on questions and requests. He was able to negotiate reduced closing costs and repairs for items discovered during the home inspection. He kept in constant communication without us having to reach out first and coordinated many of the steps along the way. Highly recommend him for anyone purchasing a home.
