Tatum was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me find my beautiful starter home. I was in a time crunch because my rental lease agreement was ending and had to move out within 45 days. He made sure that I was able to close on the house with ample time to move out of my rental and into my new house. Tatum made himself available day and night when I had questions and concerns.
