Buyer of 211 Quail Forest Circle, Stephens County
Laura has been with us since the very beginning of our home buying journey. With that being said, any journey comes ups and downs. Laura was there to push us when we were discouraged and to celebrate when we met our goals. We never once questioned if we could get in touch with her. We never wondered if we were being a bother with all of our questions. She was beyond knowledgeable. Being a first-time home buyer, we were completely lost, but Laura was there to adress any questions or concerns we had, and it made the process seem less intimidating. She got to know US. We as individuals, our kids, our story, our lives... She was determined for our success and would not stop until we ended up in our dream home. If we had to go through this process again, I, without a doubt, would choose Laura English as our agent. She’s as determined, caring, and honest as they come, which we desperately needed. If you need a REALtor, Laura is the one for the job. Our family is forever grateful for the support, patience, and long phone calls when I felt like giving up. We could not have asked for anyone better. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so thankful for her.

Martina was wonderful and found the perfect furnished apartment for my mother in less than a week's time! I had spent months looking on my own, but Martina is an expert who knows the area and really listens to your needs. She was extremely attentive and thought of everything, negotiating with the landlord, asking all the right questions, and guiding us through the paperwork process. I know that I have found a realtor that I can trust and will definitely use again when my mom needs to look for a house, or if I need to relocate. She is an excellent communicator and really takes care of clients.

Buyer of 105 Stewart Drive Northeast, Sandy Springs
My husband and I have gutted (to the studs) and renovated three houses in our 30 years together, personally doing all the work and living in the midst of all the construction---WITH four kids and up to three dogs! We've worked with 10 different realtors on five real estate transactions in four states. These were not investment properties: these were all homes that sheltered our lives and held our hearts in one way or another. In other words: it has always mattered deeply how our property was handled. We've had some good and some painful experiences buying and selling houses, so I can state with qualification that Bianca is the BEST agent we have ever worked with; hands down. Here's what makes her better than the other nine: - She listens. She doesn't come into the relationship as a driver, touting her expertise, which she has plenty of. Her approach is to patiently guide the client where she's invited. - She is very responsive. (In fact, I might even accuse her of working too much!) But, real estate never sleeps, so I completely respect that an agent's availability can make or break a deal sometimes. Her attentiveness certainly benefited us when a deal got rocky. She also had no problem being persistent when necessary. - She is willing to get her hands (and clothes) dirty. My husband is our inspector due to his construction background, and Bianca climbed into dusty attics and dank crawl spaces, slogged through the jungle of a yard during a rainstorm, and proactively brought tools! She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity. I've known Bianca since 1995, and she is as authentic today as she was then---just a little older and wiser---and just as beautiful inside and out.

I cannot recommend Erika Reid highly enough! From our very first meeting to closing day, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Her professionalism was evident throughout the entire process—she was always prepared, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. What really set her apart was how genuinely kind and friendly she was. She always made us feel like we were her top priority. Even when challenges came up, she handled everything with grace and kept us informed every step of the way. Erika was wonderful to work with in every sense. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. Her dedication, expertise, and warmth made all the difference, and we’re so grateful we had her in our corner. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares and will work tirelessly on your behalf, look no further!

Kimberly was an outstanding real estate agent from start to finish. She combined deep market knowledge with clear communication, making every step of the process feel smooth and stress‑free. She anticipated questions before I even had to ask and always provided honest, practical guidance. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for her clients set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process and would recommend her without hesitation.

When it came time to sell our out-of-state condo for our recently widowed mother, Laura Dew was our first, and only call. Upon our initial meeting, Laura came to the table with a vast amount of market knowledge, not just pricing strategies, but with an actual marketing plan to reach potential buyers from around the globe. From staging the unit and arranging for gorgeous photos-which became beautiful collateral pieces, to carefully helping coordinate repairs and ultimately even working with our hired movers, there was not a step she didn’t handle professionally and with just the right touch, as we not only sold a property but turned the page of a beloved chapter for our family.
