My husband and I had been considering purchasing land in North Georgia, we flew over one weekend but the property was not what we had in mind. Since we live out of state and were already there, we decided to call one of the phone numbers available on a for sale sign. That was a lucky decision, that was the day we met Roger Remington. Roger immediately answered the call and told us he could meet us in a half hour. When he arrived, he had brought several listings that matched the property we had described. This was on a Saturday, he spent the rest of the afternoon showing us around and educating us about the area and the nuances in each one of the properties, a huge help since we are not familiar with North Ga. That night we called him and asked if we could see a couple of properties again before we returned home. Roger said yes, of course and again took part of his Sunday to help us. Once we returned home, we went back and forth asking Roger for additional information about the properties. Any time we asked, he would provide the information immediately. From the moment we met Roger we knew we were in great hands. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and experience were the key to us moving forward with the purchase of our property. He is a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for the best realtor in North GA, please call Roger Remington.
