I live in Los Angeles and needed a local realtor to help purchase a home in Atlanta. Fortunately, Zillow connected me to Michelle who is competent, kind, responsive, insightful, resourceful and most of all, trustworthy. I can go on with more qualities but those were most important to me. Mainly because, I was only able to tour the houses virtually and didn't actually see it in person until the day escrow closed! And I couldn't be happier with my new home. Michelle was honest and patient throughout the process and has excellent negotiation skills.
