What impressed me the most about Shane is that he always protects his customer first above anything else. Shane helped us buy our dream home. But before all of that, we were looking at another home which we liked but did not love. The seller was asking for something unreasonable that left us unprotected as first time homeowners. Shane could have advised us to close and he could have moved on with a quick sale. He did not and was adamant that the seller remove the clause and advised us properly. After that, he helped us find a much better home, negotiated it strongly saving us 10,000s and had a smooth process closing it.
