Amanda is amazing, She helped my husband and I almost 6 years ago all the way from Minnesota where we were living. Came down for a week looked at over 100 houses. Put in offers, didn't find anything. But a couple of weeks later she found us a nice house in dawsonville GA we moved into that house sight un seen. But she did plenty of video chats going through the house. We lived in that house for 5 years. Then she helped us find our dream house with chickens! Amanda is always there to answer any questions, show any house you are interested in. She knows the market.

Amanda Abernathy was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our home. From the very beginning , she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best outcome. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions prompley , and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Amanda opened up her home to me for 3 weeks before my transfer to Florida. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with Five stars all the way!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Communication was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
