He let us know that we should hold off putting our home on the market until beginning of April in order to get top dollar. We agreed and waited. When the time came we priced it higher, based on Joel's reccomendation, than we thought originally we could get but we trusted Joel and we are so glad we did. Our home got an offer, for asking price (a new record for our type unit in the neighborhood) in less than a week. He helped throughout by giving us solid advice during the process. He advised us on what to do with inspection results and what the buyer was asking for. When the appraisal came back lower than the offer on the home, Joel came back to us saying our home was worth the asking price compared to other tomehomes. We trusted Joel and the seller upped to meet where we wanted. I told Joel we trusted his advice which is not easy for me to do but I truly felt that way and it worked out better for us than we could have imagined. Go with Joel and you won't be disappointed.
