I was talking to a good friend about selling my home. She referred me to Tesharra Alexander. Tesharra had recently helped my friend sell her home. She spoke so highly of Tesharra and stated that she's professional, very organized, and about business. My friend told me "Be sure you're ready because when I call her, she will be on it". She was absolutely right. She contacted Tesharra concerning me selling my home and Tesharra contacted me the same day, within the hour. I was available that day so we had our first Zoom meeting that evening. From our first meeting, I was so impressed with her professionalism, pleasant personality, and business acumen. My selling experience with Tesharra was amazing. From talking numbers for the sale, guiding me in staging my home, marketing, showing my home down to discussing the offers for my home, she made my experience very pleasant and stress-free. My initial anxiety and anxiousness was remedied with her professional guidance and expertise. She also sent me listings and helped me find my new place. Everything with my sale went smoothly and I sing her praises to anyone I know that is thinking of selling or buying. She is my Realtor for Life!! When I'm ready to buy again in a year or so, Tesharra is the only option for me. She's a GEM!!

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Shahin Banaeian as my real estate agent, and I couldn't be more impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. Shahin was always dedicated to ensuring everything went smoothly and that my needs were met. Her commitment to her work and clients is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Vicki was very knowledgeable and professional from the first meeting. She went over the process thoroughly with a smile and gathered info from me that enabled her to choose the right neighborhoods for me to view. I was so grateful for her patience and willingness to show me homes at anytime. I now have a very unique and lovely home that is just right for me!
