We used Ken to sell our house earlier this year and he was amazing. Very attentive, thorough on the area research, current market conditions, suggested pricing and updates to the house. He gave us pros/cons if we did or didn't do certain house improvements and guided us through the entire journey. He didn't make us feel pressured to sell or take the first or any offers that we felt wasn't right for us. I had family issue come up right before closing and we needed to make some time adjustments to the closing time/logistics and Ken jumped on it and solved it asap and relieved our worry.
