Shawn and Sabrena (Shawn’s wife) were absolutely AWESOME to work with. Shawn undoubtedly had my best interests in mind through out this process. Example, the seller was wanting to share the cost of replacing the fireplace in the home I purchased ($3,900). Shawn, on my behalf as the buyer negotiated with the seller through this process and was able to get the fireplace replaced with no cost to me at all. Shawn’s experience with residential real estate, inspections, understanding of building code, fire hazards, plumbing, electrical, and the various different systems in a residential dwelling are pretty much second to none and will only benefit the buyer.
