As first time buyers competing in a tough market, we wanted someone who would be patient with us, and someone who could help us compete by knowing the intown Atlanta market. We got that and more in Ashlee. It took us about seven months to find our house. During that time, Ashlee struck the perfect balance of being encouraging while also never making us feel pressured. When we weren't finding many options in our preferred neighborhoods and price range, Ashlee presented us with several outside the box options that we hadn't considered. She also introduced us to intown neighborhoods we didn't know existed! When we finally put an offer on a house and went under contract, Ashlee was always available to answer our questions, as well as deal with the other agent, our lender, and our closing attorney. At closing, our lender asked me where we found Ashlee because she was "great." I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her.

We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

Denise Kinzler is one of the most effective Real Estate professionals we have ever worked with. She promptly answers any text or call one has and comes up with a solution almost right away. Her knowledge about the field of real estate as well as homeownership is remarkable. We asked Denise to help us with narrowing down our home search and when we were finally between two homes to choose from she offered common sense suggestions that made our choice clear.
