I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

I must say Tina was awesome!! We didn’t expect to sell our property as quick as we did. From making sure she had the pertinent info on sales/comps in our area, to posting it in all the right places. Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
