When we got there, she had already walked the property and was able to point out issues and upgrades that we had no idea to look for. When we put together the offer, she had great feedback in what services and price to ask for. This proved to be exceedingly important when the sellers accepted our offer without considering anyone else. We were pre-approved for a mortgage before Debbie joined the house hunt. The Lending Company I chose proved to be less than professional (leaning toward unethical). As I dealt with what seemed to be impossible odds to get to the closing table, Debbie was there, not for me but with me. She brought knowledge, support, and resources to a situation that I never though I needed but am forever grateful I received. Almost anyone can have experience, but Debbie has proved time and time again that she has the tenacity to make her experience work wonders for her clients. I truly felt as if I had a friend and a mentor there to help me through the entire process.
