Diane has such a way at putting the buyer at ease and giving you the understanding that it's all going to work out. She's absolutely a go-getter, but yet has such a caring demeanor, all at the same time. There was a situation AFTER the sale where she needed to intervene with the closing attorney and the seller and she did so without hesitation.
